Flag Day

Currently American Heritage is preparing for Flag Day. In the United States Flag Day is celebrated on June 14. It commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States, which happened that day by resolution of the Second Continental Congress in 1777.  The United States Army also celebrates the Army Birthday on this date; Congress adopted "the American continental army" after reaching a consensus position in the Committee of the Whole on June 14, 1775 (Wikipedia). This year American Heritage is celebrating Flag Day from 8:00 - 5:00 and donating $1.00 of every flag sold to the St. Louis Children's Hospital. There will be other festivities planned for the holiday and free flags for 25 lucky people. You can order your flag on Flag Day and get a savings on the flag and help the families who need support at St. Louis Children's Hospital. You do not have to appear in person, you can also go to our webpage at http://www.amheritage.com/ or http://www.americanheritagebannersandflags.com/ and order flags or you can call us toll free at 888-350-2101.
